We do not distribute or sell any of our customers' information.
Outside of the information provided by the customer when placing orders, we do not collect or store any additional information.
Shipping and Handling
It takes 7 to 14 business days from the date you place your
order. Please note that order processing takes place Monday through Friday only.
Our standard shipping and handling fee is $9.95.
Price Changes, Product Availability and Out of Stock
Items
Prices and availability are subject to change. Occasionally,
certain products may be discontinued before printed or online materials are
updated or may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will immediately
place your order on backorder. When our warehouse receives the out of stock
product, it will be automatically shipped to you. We will notify you in these
instances.
Merchandise Return Policy
Our return policy on merchandise is as follows:
- 100% exchange or replacement on items in mint condition, minus shipping
and handling charges.
- Customers must inform us by email: within 2 days of delivery if the product
does not meet with the customer's expectations.
- Merchandise must be shipped back to us, via a carrier that provides real-time
tracking of shipments, and post-marked within 2 days of delivery.
- In order to qualify for exchange, replacement or store-credit, merchandise
must be received by us within 28 days of purchase.
- Customers must receive authorization from the Anekwe Group BEFORE any materials
are returned for replacement, exchange or credit.
- Items sold at special discounts are not returnable are non-returnable and
non-refundable
- Shipping, bank/card transaction fee and insurance charges are not refundable
